Q: What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of mainland Britain for journeys to and from Luton Airport. We also accept trips to other airports, sea ports and of course city to city.
Q: How can I book my travel with you?
You can book online, by phone, by Email or even by text to 07905050606. We will ask you for details regarding the transfer such as flight details and arrival/pick up times, destination address details, passenger contact information and luggage amount. Just get an instant quote and follow the easy instructions.
Q: What is included in the price?
We include parking, flight tracking, and waiting (within reason) within the price.
Q: Will I be charged if my flight is delayed?
Britannia Airport Transfers continuously monitor flight arrival times and DO NOT send the driver into the terminal until your flight has landed. Should your flight landing time change our driver will come into the terminal accordingly to meet you.
Q: What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled please call us and let our controller know and we will not send the driver. As with all cancellations you must inform us as early as possible to avoid any costs. See our terms and conditions for further details.
Q: Where will my driver meet me?
In most terminals it is in front of the airport arrivals but our driver will contact you via text or call as soon as your plane lands to arrange the exact meeting point. Our driver will be holding a name board with your name or your company name depending upon your instructions.
Q: What happens if I miss my flight?
Again, like cancelled flights if you let us know on Freephone 0800 699 0707 that you have missed your flight we will not send our driver into the terminal and you will not have to pay for the journey. As with all cancellations you must inform us as early as possible to avoid any costs.
Q: Do you have a licence?

We are licensed. All minicab and taxi companies in the UK have to be licensed and we are licensed by Transport for London.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay the driver in cash when you reach your destination. Should you wish to pay in advance, you may do so securely online using your credit/debit card. We do not keep any of your card details once the journey has been completed and payment has been received.

Q: How much luggage can I take?
The amount of luggage you can take will depend on which vehicle type you book. We have saloon cars which will take up to 2 medium suitcases and 2 small hand luggage, executive cars with similar capacity and then we have estate cars which take 3 medium suitcases. we also have MPVs in which you can take 4 passengers and up to 6 medium suitcases and 6 hand luggage.
Q: Do you charge extra for travel on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day?
We charge time and half only on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. At all other times we run a flat rate even after midnight and before 6am unlike most other taxi companies.
